Sneha is the founder and executive director of two nonprofit organizations, the Crohn's and Colitis Young Adults Network, the first organization dedicated to connecting and supporting young people with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. She also leads the Health Advocacy Summit, a first-of-its-kind no cost advocacy event which empowers high school and college-aged students with chronic diseases. The Health Advocacy Summit developed a pilot summit in Indianapolis and is now expanding to Texas and North Carolina this year. She serves as a precinct committee chair in Johnson County and also is a part of the International Women's March Disability Caucus. She is a writer for U.S. News and also speaks about health advocacy at conferences around the U.S., including on national news. Sneha also consults for Eli Lilly and is on the Pfizer advisory board to help bridge the patient-pharmaceutical company gap. In her spare time, she is an avid wilderness advocate and most recently climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in December. Most recently, she was named one of the most influential teenagers in the world, as a Global Teen Leader. Sneha will be a junior at Indiana University this fall and is studying chronic illness advocacy, economics, and journalism.

Haley Wilson is a junior at Indiana University Blooming studying Spanish and Arabic. She hopes to go on to law school and specialize in immigration law. She was drawn to get involved with the disability caucus because of her experiences as a student with a disability in public school.

Sierra T. Reed is a junior at Indiana University majoring in Informatics, originally from Bloomington, Indiana. She sat on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Commission for the City of Bloomington, and is a Vice-Chair for the Monroe County Democratic Party of Precinct Perry 8. At Indiana University, Sierra is the co-founder of the Women in Government Club, a Shoemaker Scholar, and sits on the Executive Board of the Ideation & Creation Entrepreneurs Club. Due to her experience as a student with invisible disabilities, she is a passionate advocate for differently-abled people.

CJ Kuzdal is from Jennings County, Indiana and will be a junior at Indiana University studying Journalism and Public Relations with a minor in media marketing. His extracurricular activities include Indiana University Student Foundation Philanthropy committee and Executive Council, and he serves as the Welcome Week Team Coordinator for Briscoe Quadrangle. CJ’s involvement in the Disability Caucus stems from personal experience with a disability as well as an interest in politics.
